Delete your Form Zero account

You can permanently delete your Form Zero account and the personal data associated with it. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Delete your account in Form Zero

1. Sign in to your Form Zero account.
2. Open Profile.
3. Find Your account & data.
4. Select Delete my account and confirm.

If an active Form Zero subscription is attached to the account, the deletion process attempts to cancel it first so that future renewal payments stop.

If you cannot sign in

Use the deletion-request button above or email support@formzero.co.uk from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my Form Zero account”. Include your name and registered email address so we can verify ownership. We will never ask for your password.

What deletion removes

• Your Form Zero sign-in identity and account details.
• Your profile, goals, dietary preferences, measurements and workout information.
• Your meal records, plans, shopping information, saved recipes and community recipes.
• Your weight check-ins and complete saved progress history.
• Your Form Zero subscription-access record.

Information that may be retained

Limited payment, transaction, fraud-prevention or security records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, dispute or other legal obligations. Where applicable, these records may be kept for up to six years and are then deleted or anonymised. Payment providers may also retain records under their own legal obligations. Form Zero does not receive or store your full card details.

How long deletion takes

In-app deletion is normally processed immediately. Requests made by email are verified and completed as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 30 days unless a legal obligation requires a longer period. We will explain any such exception.
