Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Form Zero website or mobile app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Form Zero provides meal planning, recipes, food and macro tracking, shopping support and progress tools. Personalised targets, prices, nutrition values and photo-analysis results are estimates. Check important information before relying on it.

Premium and free trials

Premium is currently offered at £9.99 monthly or £29.99 yearly. Eligible subscriptions include a seven-day trial and renew automatically at the selected interval unless cancelled. The exact price, trial, tax and renewal date shown at Stripe checkout control your purchase. You can cancel through the billing route provided with your subscription; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Form Zero account. You are responsible for accurate signup information, protecting your login and activity under your account. Do not share access, bypass Premium controls, misuse the service or upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

Your recipes and content

You keep ownership of content you create. If you choose to share a recipe with the community, you give Form Zero permission to store, display, format and use that recipe to improve recipe discovery for other users. Do not share content you do not have the right to use. Private recipes remain associated with your account and are not published to other users.

Health

Form Zero is a planning and tracking tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or replace advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. Read the health and safety notice.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Form Zero accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every estimate is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law. To the extent permitted by law, Form Zero is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on an unconfirmed estimate or misuse of the service.

Changes and termination

Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in a way that risks other users or the service.

You may permanently delete your account through Profile or by using the public account-deletion page.
