Privacy policy
Form Zero uses the information you provide to operate your account, personalise meal and fitness guidance, keep your progress history, and manage Premium access.
Information we use
- Account details, including your name and email address.
- Profile and goal information such as date of birth, height, weight, activity, dietary preferences, budget and workout schedule.
- Meals, recipes, shopping lists, progress measurements and photos you choose to upload.
- Subscription status and transaction references. Form Zero does not receive your full card details.
- Technical and security information needed to run and protect the service.
How it is used
We use this data to provide the service you request, secure your account, synchronise the mobile and web apps, calculate personalised estimates, process subscriptions, support users and improve reliability. If you separately opt in, broad de-identified outcome trends may be combined to improve recommendations. Your name, email, birthday, exact meals and exact measurements are not placed in that learning dataset.
Service providers
Form Zero uses specialist providers for authentication and data storage, payments, email delivery, hosting and optional AI analysis. These currently include Supabase, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI and our hosting providers. They process information only for the relevant service and under their own security obligations.
Meal photos and AI
A meal photo is sent for automated analysis only when you use that feature. The result is an estimate and should be checked before saving. Do not upload images containing people, private documents or unrelated personal information.
Retention and security
Saved profile and progress payloads are encrypted in storage and access is restricted by authenticated user identity. We keep account data while your account is active and as needed for legal, fraud-prevention and billing obligations. You can export your data or permanently delete your account from Profile. You can also use our public account-deletion page if you cannot access the app.
Your UK data rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw optional learning consent at any time. If a concern is not resolved, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
Form Zero is intended only for users aged 18 and over.
